The Iron Man Suit

Black Widow worked as the silent assassin when she was working for Stark Industries by going undercover as an assistant to Pepper Potts.

She turns out to be an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. when Tony meets Nick Fury at the donut shop. She used a special weapon embedded in her suit called The Widow’s Bite that discharged an electrical current toward the enemy as soon as someone assaults her. It was used for both defensive and offensive purposes in battle.

The weapon itself is seen embedded in the gauntlets worn by Natasha a little towards the wrist. One of the enhancements to this tech was created by Tony Stark as well. She also used another variant that was capable of disabling the metal arm of the Winter Soldier during the events of Captain America: Winter Soldier.

Cerebro

This is one of the most used gadgets and technology that Professor X of the X-Men. It is used to amplify the brainwaves of the user and detect different traces of mutants and humans by distinguishing them. It is rumored to use a mutant’s power signature to detect them or the presence of the X-gene in their body. The device rests in a special chamber that is located somewhere in Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters.

Henry Philip McCoy AKA Beast created it for the CIA. Later, Professor X joined the CIA to detect mutants and form a team of gifted individuals to defeat Sebastian Shaw. It was more of a prototype that provided coordinates of mutants and not the images. In the later versions, Professor X could see the mutants and even communicate with them using his telepathic capabilities.

Tony Stark's Medical Scanner 

There are so many gadgets that proved to be more useful to their users regardless of their size and functionalities. One of these gadgets is Tony Stark’s medical scanner, which can be seen in his possession in the second installment of the Iron Man movie.

The device could scan a user’s blood sample for any kind of toxins and other objects that can be injurious to their health. Since it was with Tony, it was designed to get an update about his health condition using a simple prick on the finger.
